About Fishing Program
4 To 4 Ever, Inc. has teamed up with the Texarkana Arkansas School District to establish a new fishing program for boys and girls in grades
9th - 12th. The fishing program will be open to any student at Arkansas High School who has an interest in learning how to fish, or who would like to experience fishing for the first time. The Fishing Program will also have a competitive side for those who would like to compete.
This program is free for all Arkansas High School Students.

by October 6th, 2024.
General Fishing Group
This group will be for anyone who wants to experience fishing, or who loves to go fishing, but just doesn't have a desire to compete. The program for this group will be to educate students about the basics of fishing, boating, and conservation. Fishing Days will also be planned.
Equipment will be provided to all students.
Competitive Fishing Group
This group will be for any students who would like to compete in fishing tournaments and represent Arkansas High School on it's Fishing Team. Students will learn about fishing, boating, conservation with an emphasis on how to compete in tournaments.
